Sunday game memories for the record

"Oh, was I supposed to read the real one?"
"The Coach. . ." "Cami! It was supposed to be The COUCH!"
". . . a loving team. . . " "Well, it really said a LOSING team."

"Time's out Grandma! Buzz her!" "Oh, um buzz!"
"Matt, you're going to lose your buzzing privileges." (after Matt buzzed the fish in the tank and bugged everyone else in the room with the buzzer)
"This is what we eat for Easter." "Eggs? Hot cross buns?" "No, we put pineapple on it." "Cake? Pizza?" "No, it was ham." "Oh sorry, hot cross buns were on Good Friday."

10 things you may not know about Cami. . .

1. I hate almost all fruits, but like almost all veggies!
2. This year, me and one of my closets friends, Kara, were standing in the girls bathroom, waiting to get in a stall. While waiting, my french teacher, MISTER Olsen, walked in on us. Without thinking, me and Kara both waved naturally and said hi while he rushed out.
3. I hate cheese. But not cheese cake.
4. In second grade, my friend Karen dared me to eat grass. So I did. It tasted horrid. I wouldn't recomend it.
5. When I was little, I had a game I would play in the backyard. I was an Explorer who would travel down the amazon river and would climb Mt. Everest. I really enjoyed it and played it multipul times, all conquring challenges that would never happen in real life, such as me beeting Chinese Ninja's on the top of Mt. Everest.
6. All through elementry school (and most of seventh grade) I wish I had bright blonde hair.
7. I've always wanted to play the bassoon. It's the nerdiest instrament invented, but it would be awesome.
8. I have a very overactive imagination. Many times through Geography, Math, and mostly science, I wonder what I would do If I could feeze time and go anywhere I want while time and everyone else is frozen.
9. Last year, a teacher blammed me for three different things all during the same class period. She then threatend to give me a referal if I did anything else bad again, even though all the things I got blammed for was her fault. Out of anger, I flipped her off when her back was turned. Half the class saw it, and were in complete shock, the other half burst out laughing. I never got caught, but I did repent :)
10. At one time, me and my friend (mentioned in post two), Kara, made a fake myspace and fake facebook page to freak out two different kids in our band class. Our name was Barbie Jones and we were 25 years old. Both times, however, they figured out who we were, and I deleted them soon after. I did get humor out of it though.

Top 10 Things My Family May Not Know About Me

  1. I once put ketchup in someone's shake just to be funny. He took it back up to the counter to complain about the taste and they gave him a new shake. I never did tell him why it tasted so funny.
  2. Twice I accidentally walked into the ladies' restroom at work. You think I would have learned the first time.
  3. I have read at least one verse from the scriptures everyday since 1991.
  4. I don't enjoy flying in an airplane - I would prefer to drive everywhere.
  5. As an altar boy, I split my pants when I genuflected (go down on one knee). Lucky for me I was wearing a robe. Unfortunately, the priest wouldn't let me wear the robe out of the church so I ran the whole way home.
  6. I can hold my breath for up to 90 seconds (not sure if that's long compared to others). I know this because I do it all along during church, on a plane, at work during boring meetings and yes, even in the Temple. I count in my head because I haven't worn a watch since 1999.
  7. This one is for mom: I secretly like the song "Alone Again, Naturally". Even though as a kid I would sing it, "Alone Again, Like a Tree."
  8. My perfect job would be training people to run marathons and designing course routes but not organizing the activity. Running is not my favorite sport...it's baseball.
  9. High School memories: I ran the mile in 4:55, I never went on a date - I was too shy to ask anyone not to mention talking to a girl, I was a senior at age 16, I grew three inches after graduating, I received food stamps for lunch because we were so poor, I would eat raw hamburger on a bun with a raw onion, my highest bowling score was 220 (p.s. I went bowling with Cami last year and threw 7 strikes in a row). I now have a bowling ball engraved with my name.
  10. I used to walk and talk in my sleep. Once night Grandma MacKay called our home and I woke up to talk to her. I spoke with her for several minutes but I never remembered having the conversation, so much so, that I convinced Grandma that it wasn't me she was talking to.
  11. Bonus I: In addition to my siblings Mary, Mitch, Laurie, Barney and Scott there is one more who looks a lot like my dad but nothing like my mom. He/she would be about 49 years old and is close to Barney in age. I didn't learn this until after my dad died.
  12. Bonus II: I shot the sheriff but I did not shoot the deputy.
Now I tag Matchu, Katrina, Camilla, and Del.
